Star Micronics has elected to update their website in phases. The Boulevard Group worked with their in-house design team to produce product showcases (catalog with no shopping cart) for two of their four major product categories. A support center was created to deduce the best support path. Support can be based on warranty date, or information from a knowledge base, or traditional help ticket submission. The website is scheduled for an update redesign to support higher resolution monitors before remaining product categories will be migrated.
