B2C Portfolio of Services from Business to Consumer
Kristina Michele Salon
Kristina Michele Salon needed a web presence to further promote their successful and thriving business. Like other local service businesses, their phone number is featured in the header on every page. Specials are highlighted on the home page. Separate pages have details on their specials, provide descriptions of their standard services, and call attention to bridal party and prom services. Stylist bios introduce their friendly and professional staff to prospective customers, emphasizing their education and expertise. Directions, a map, and a contact form are available for the visitor all on one page. A price menu, style book, and customer testimonials round out the website features.

The list of towns serves to help customers find his services via the search engines.
Don-Martin Construction
When Don-Martin Construction opened a new location in Mechanicsburg, PA (in addition to their Hillsborough, NJ location), it made sense to update the website by placing a map right on the home page. Case studies, some testimonials, and a series of project photos combine to tell the story of the quality of their work and services. Descriptions of how they work, and what their services include, help promote customer contact while improving search engine ranking. A contact form includes location and phone numbers. Seasonal coupons are added to their Current Specials page at various times of the year.
Kovacs Law Office
The Kovacs Law Office website is especially rich in information to include the many keywords that are relevant to his practice and to his clients. Each page on this website — professional bio, practice areas, representative cases, and legal tips — is a great example of how to include text in a web page for the benefit of both the search engines and prospects. The Helpful Links page helps both his clients and his search engine rankings. The directions page with embedded interactive map and the contact page with a form are essential to include for most professional consumer services.
McAdam Chiropractic
In order to get the McAdam Chiropractic website listed in the search engines, The Boulevard Group re-worked the web pages without changing the original design. Several graphic images of text were replaced with actual text &mdash the only stuff that search engines can read. The text footer, which includes the business name, address, and phone number, appears on every page. These small but significant changes have earned McAdam Chiropractic a page one placement when the keywords “chiropractic” and “bridgewater” are entered into a search engine.
Pat's Woodworks
This simple web site gets to the point and produces results. The home page fully explains the services that Pat provides along with his commitment to quality products and personalized service. A second page provides instructions on how to care for refinished hardwood floors, previously only available as a handout. There is a page of a custom border design installation details, explaining the installation. And finally the contact page. This simple web site generates an average of three leads per week -- exceeding leads derived through phone book ads.

Customers can easily specify their needs and safely pay with their credit card. In their first year on the web, PM Pools reduced paper contracts by more than 50 percent.
West Laurel Hill Cemetery
West Laurel Hill Cemetery designed this web site in-house, but the site is now hosted and maintained by The Boulevard Group. A third-party-produced video on pre-planning has been installed on our servers and incorporated into a webpage. A geneology database system and condolence system were designed and implemented. Both systems support the ability for staff to maintain and control the content provided by visitor-contributors. The current site has several innovative features including news, calendar of events, on-line photo tour, and current service information.
Yadlon Law Offices
The Yadlon Law Offices website incorporates a content management system (CMS) allowing the staff to maintain the content of the web pages, and add new pages as needed. Specialized contact forms were created for each area specialization as well as a general information form.
