Your web site is stored (hosted) at a remote site. The Boulevard Group has contracts with three major commercial hosting service providers for the various needs of our client's websites. A hosting service provider has hundreds of computers running web servers with high-speed, redundant, reliable Internet access, supported and monitored 24x7x365. The Boulevard Group will publish your web site to our hosting service provider and monitor essential activities. We serve as your liaison to the technical support staff of the hosting service provider.
Some of our small business clients have their own web server computers and high-speed connections to the Internet within their own physical facilities. If desired, The Boulevard Group will publish your web site to your web servers, working with your technical and support staff.

- Create and make payments for the account with the hosting service provider
- Provide access to statistics and reports
- Assist in domain name registration and/or transfer
- Create and maintain email addresses and set up email forwarding
- Monitor website security

Content and code maintenance
- Support your staff in the use of your website's content maintenance system (CMS)
- Install minor patches and fixes to software as needed (major releases require separate pricing)
- Modify and monitor text copy to improve visibility in the search engines
Launch and post-launch services
- Activate new web site and de-activate old web site
- Modify robots.txt file to allow search engine access
- Code re-directs from old web pages to new web pages
- Provide access to traffic statistics
- Submit web site to search engines
